Ultrasonic sound sensor to help pet owners hear through their pet's ears.

The Problem
Dogs and cats can perceive ultrasonic frequencies that humans cannot, making potentially stressful environmental sounds invisible to pet owners.
The Solution at a Glance
Developing a compact ultrasonic sensing device that detects acoustic signals across 20–80 kHz to help identify sounds within canine and feline hearing ranges.
The Approach
Defined a target detection bandwidth of 20–80 kHz.
Designed the ultrasonic sensing and signal-processing circuitry.
Developed a custom 2-layer PCB in KiCad.
Iterating toward physical hardware for real-world acoustic monitoring and validation.
